Living the Coastal Life
You want to enjoy all the amenities that the coastal life has to offer; award-winning beaches, fishing, boating, marine life, hiking- biking-walking trails, boat parades, downtown events, clubs, and nature parks. You want to be part of the vibrant lifestyle that Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Ozona, and Clearwater Beach have to offer, finishing off each day with a spectacular sunset while relaxing under the breezy palms! But, how do you find the property that has the features that you want, for the price you want?
Or, perhaps life has called you in a different direction and you’re looking to sell your current coastal property. You want to reap the benefits from the time and effort you put into your current home but you don’t know where to start. You’re preparing for a move while balancing your attention with finding another property or relocating to a new destination. How do you get the maximum price you deserve, in the shortest amount of time?
Who can you trust to educate you and start the process?
I believe that integrity is the key ingredient to success. I educate and inform my clients to enable you to make the best possible decisions for your scenario.
Communication is also a critical element to a successful experience. I will communicate with you in the method you prefer – whether by phone, text, or email – to ensure you have continuous updates on your purchase or sale.
I have lived in the Bay Area for over 25 years and have experienced the area’s growth into an internationally recognized coastal community. I enjoy the active Florida lifestyle with my wife and 4 daughters. We love the outdoors and spend most of our free time at events around town, biking, swimming in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and gazing at sunsets. I’m also an active triathlete, so you may see me at one of our local beaches practicing for the next upcoming event!
I attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and started my career working for Solomon Brothers, an investment banking firm. I obtained my second Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and worked for a public accounting firm for five years. I then decided to pursue my dream of opening a mortgage company and real estate firm.
Following the fall of the economy in 2007, I joined a Brazil-based Fortune 500 company and obtained my ‘Certified Internal Auditor’ designation, Prosci® Change Management certification, and Karass® Negotiation certification
All the while, over the last 20 years I have stayed actively involved in the real estate market, buying and selling properties with my wife, personally remodeling and upgrading properties, and keeping my ear to the ground on real estate market activity.
My approach to real estate is simple: I put the knowledge I’ve gained from my personal and professional experiences to work for you.
I truly look forward to making your coastal real estate experience a success!
